Silanyas is an online jewellery brand offering 92.5 sterling silver jewellery and related silver products.

These terms apply to purchases made directly through the Silanyas website and should be read together with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, product descriptions and any offer-specific conditions displayed at checkout.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices accurately.

Please note:

Minor variations in colour, texture, shape and finish may occur in handcrafted jewellery.
Sterling silver may naturally tarnish or change appearance depending on environmental conditions, usage and care.
Oxidised finishes and rhodium plating may gradually change with regular use.
Product photographs may appear slightly different depending on your screen and display settings.

Natural tarnishing, normal wear and tear, and finish changes caused by use or improper care do not, by themselves, establish a manufacturing defect.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices and applicable charges will be displayed on the website or at checkout before an order is placed.

Silanyas currently accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

An order will be processed after successful payment confirmation. If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with your transaction details.

Where applicable, shipping charges and other disclosed charges will be displayed at checkout. Any promotions or discounts will be subject to their stated terms.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order constitutes a purchase request. Order processing is subject to successful payment, product availability and verification.

Silanyas may contact you if additional information is required to process your order.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch through the available cancellation option or by contacting customer care. Once dispatched, an order cannot ordinarily be cancelled and must be handled under our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Any cancellation charge will be applied only in accordance with applicable law and the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are ordinarily processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines depend on the destination, courier partner and serviceability. Any delivery estimate displayed on the website, checkout page or tracking link is indicative and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Free standard shipping is available across India on orders above ₹1,999. Orders of ₹1,999 or below may attract a shipping charge displayed at checkout. Express shipping may be available at an additional charge, subject to serviceability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for tracking, delivery delays, failed deliveries, shipping claims and other conditions.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible products may be requested for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Certain products, including hygiene-sensitive jewellery, customised products and silver gifting articles, are excluded from change-of-mind returns or exchanges, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Refunds for approved returns are ordinarily initiated after the returned product has been received and passed inspection. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer right or remedy available under applicable Indian law.

Avoid exposure to perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, excessive moisture and unsuitable cleaning products. Store jewellery in a cool, dry place and separately from other pieces.

Damage caused by accidental impact, misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorised alteration or normal wear may not qualify as a manufacturing defect. Maintenance or restoration services may be available at an additional charge, subject to availability.

8. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

Engage in fraudulent transactions or provide misleading order information.
Attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the website.
Interfere with website security or the operation of checkout and payment systems.
